Fresh from his recent sucess writing the title track for John McDermott’s “Christmas Memories” (for  which he received gold and platinum awards), Kevin’s reputation as a world class songwriter is further enhanced by the sucess of his song “The Orchard”. Irish singer Sean Tyrell’s recording of “The Orchard” has recently been named Best Folk Album and Roots/Traditional Album of the Year in Ireland. To add to this, Canadian music legend Stompin’ Tom Connors has just released Kevin’s song “Silver Sea” on his latest recording, a great compliment considering Stompin’ Tom isn’t known for recording other people’s material.
